Agora Creative provides graphic design services including logo & brand identity, social media graphics, print design, UI/UX design, illustration, and web creation. The specific scope of each project is agreed upon in writing before work begins.
All projects begin with a written brief or proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work does not begin until both parties have agreed to the terms and a deposit has been received.
A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion before final files are delivered.
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number are charged at our standard hourly rate. A revision means minor adjustments — not a completely new direction.
The client is responsible for providing content, assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline and Agora Creative is not responsible for such delays.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final agreed deliverables. Agora Creative retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not share your business information or project details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited. If significant work has been completed beyond the deposit value, the client may be invoiced for work done to date. Agora Creative reserves the right to cancel a project if the client is unresponsive for more than 30 days.
Agora Creative's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
